During the visit, the delegation toured Wintom’s full-category smart showroom, where they explored the company’s product portfolio across blinds, curtains, motorized systems, and intelligent shading products.
The showroom highlighted Wintom’s smart motor control systems, motorized curtain solutions, and commercial shading applications for hotels, office buildings, healthcare facilities, airports, and other public spaces.
These solutions reflect Wintom’s focus on combining product design, motor technology, smart control, and project application experience into a complete shading solution for modern buildings.
Intelligent Manufacturing for Reliable Project Delivery
The delegation also visited Wintom’s approximately 70,000-square-meter manufacturing base in Sanshui, Foshan, where they observed automated production lines and advanced manufacturing processes.
The base integrates product development, technical processes, manufacturing, customer service, warehousing, and logistics. According to Wintom’s company materials, the facility is equipped with 12 automated production lines and can produce approximately 4,000 curtain sets per day. Its production-to-inspection cycle is no more than 12 hours, with an annual output of around one million finished curtain sets.
For commercial projects, manufacturing capacity is not only about scale. It also supports product consistency, quality control, delivery efficiency, and the ability to serve customized project needs across different building environments.
Advancing Motor Technologies and Materials Innovation
Following the showroom and factory tour, Wintom and Central South University held a technical exchange session on future cooperation.
The discussion focused on curtain motor technologies, precision transmission, noise reduction, energy-saving solutions, thermal-insulation materials, and intelligent control systems. These areas are closely connected to the performance of modern motorized shading systems, especially in commercial and public building projects where durability, comfort, quiet operation, and energy efficiency are important.
Representatives from Central South University also shared the university’s research strengths in mechanical transmission systems, materials science, intelligent control technologies, and engineering optimization.
