Chengdu Jiabaidao is a landmark luxury residential development overlooking the Jinjiang River. Formed by two 222-meter towers with full-glass façades, the project is positioned as one of the city center’s premium waterfront residences. Its rooftop glazed areas require effective solar protection while preserving natural light.

A motorized waterproof skylight shading system was applied to the roof-glazing area to manage direct sunlight and improve comfort beneath the glazed structure. The system combines automated operation with protection suited to exposed overhead applications.
